Dave's Hot Chicken

We ordered 21 meals and the server was so nice. She gave us so MUCH SAUCE. They were not stingy. They didn’t miss a single meal on my order unlike SOME FAST FOOD CHAINS. Definitely recommend for large orders. The server we had when we came to pick up the food was so accommodating and patient. I didn’t catch her name but she was working at the cashier at 4:44 on Thursday when I arrived. I would have definitely given her a tip but didn’t have cash on me at the time Though was there was one small mishap with the orders. We did get all of our meals but the name labels on some of the items were mixed up so it caused a bit of an issue:(

We came to Dave’s Hot Chicken in MD We ordered the chicken slider with fries and a slushy drink. Our Chicken Slider was Thick like the a Chicken Sandwich, Juicy and made with Flavor with the Signature Dave Sauce. We did not get the other ingredients that were included on the slider sandwich. Staff customer service was welcoming patient and friendly. This restaurant has a vibrant atmosphere and was clean. Plenty of parking space at this location.

Had a cool time with friends on a busy night. I ordered sliders and tenders with fries, and every item was great! The chicken had a crispy outside where you could definitely taste those organic spices, then the chicken itself was amazing! It could melt in your mouth and the inside was quality. The slider buns are the size of perhaps McChicken’s, quite small but of course the chicken is massive. They’re also not very sweet thankfully. Also, the fries were surprisingly great! I don’t normally have high expectations but they were crispy and seasoned well. Three stars for the atmosphere though just because it was super packed that day and you might find yourself wanting to just takeout instead. The chef is also yelling the orders, and it was audible throughout the entire restaurant. Overall though, a filling experience!

I visited this place for the first time and was thoroughly impressed! I ordered the hot spicy slider, berry slushy, and loaded fries. The spicy slider was delicious, with just the right amount of heat. However, I would suggest making it spicier next time. The service was excellent, and the deal on the slider was great. I couldn’t resist trying a few other items as well.

I stopped by here yesterday after not been here in a while and hearing all the hype about this place. Well it’s safe to say it is worth all the hype!!! Let me start off by saying that the customer service by JP was outstanding! He made me feel at home the second I walked in by greeting me and helping me with my order in a sensational fashion. This guy is professional, i’m mean really… i’ve never seen such great customer service like this anywhere else before!! He was so kind and helpful. The dining hall was super clean as well as the bathrooms. I got my food pretty fast and it tasted delicious. What a wonderful experience I had and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place!!!

I always wanted to make this review... here it is! I want to give a big shout-out to Sara and Abdul for always recognizing customers by name and serving with a smile. Their customer service is consistent, friendly, and very accommodating. The environment is always clean... even the restrooms. I’ve also redeemed points through the rewards program, and it’s easy to use and gives great value compared to other food chains. Whether ordering take-out or dining in, the food quality, temperature, and portions have always been great. Highly recommend this place for family and friends!

If you haven’t tried Dave’s Hot Chicken yet, you’re seriously missing out! Their food is absolutely amazing, and I can’t get enough of it. My personal favorite is the single cauliflower tender. It’s perfectly crispy on the outside while staying tender and juicy on the inside a total game changer for a plant-based option! Another must-try is the Dave’s #2 combo, which comes with two mouthwatering sliders. Whether you pair it with fries or their creamy mac and cheese, you can’t go wrong. Every bite is packed with flavor, and it’s all made even better by their incredible customer service. The staff is super friendly, and the service is fast, ensuring you’ll keep coming back for more. One of the best parts? You can customize the spice level, ranging from not spicy to super spicy so hot that you might find yourself signing a waiver! I find myself going to Dave’s Hot Chicken at least once a week it’s just that good!

This was my first time ever trying Dave’s Hot Chicken. I was originally planning to try the Rockville location, but since they didn’t have online ordering, I ended up taking a few buses to the Silver Spring location instead. Honestly, I’m glad it worked out that way. I ordered Hot, and while the flavor was good and the chicken was juicy, it wasn’t spicy at all for me. If you’re into real heat, you’ll probably want to go Extra Hot or higher. Overall, solid food and a good first experience.
